HL400X flow volume regulating valve adopts precise guide to control volume. Structure characteristic

400x flow volume regulating valve is comprised of main valve, flow volume regulating valve, needle valve, guide valve, ball valve, mini-strainer and pressure strainer and all the components forms a water control pipeline system. It utilizes water auto-operation, control and adjust main valve angle to maintain the flow through main valve.

Working principle

When given water from inlet, flow pouring to main valve controlling chamber through needle valve, at the same time water flows outlet of main valve chamber through guide valve and ball valve. The valve is in full open and floating. Flow volume regulating valve of regulating the upper flow volume can set up some open angle for main valve. Adjusting needle valve open angle and guide valve coils pressure. That is to maintain main valve open angle at a setting angle, also when pressure varies, flow volume is unchanged.
